From a minimum of two to ten people. We have five rooms. Four double and one twin bedded/super king room. Treat yourself to a bit of luxury during one of these single centre walking breaks in the Lake District.

Grasmere makes a perfect base for a walking break with such a great choice of walks being available on the doorstep including Helm Crag, Helvellyn and the Langdale Pikes.

Our local mountain guide has a superb knowledge of the area and will join you on your walks and tailor the routes to suit the conditions.
